Quora is a platform where people discuss basically everything in the world that you can think of. Now when you search for your keywords on there, you will again learn about the different topics that your customers tend to talk about. Same goes for Reddit. Make a search on there and keep an eye open for words that keep repeating. That is again data that should be included in your keyword research.

When you make a Google search, at the bottom of the page, you will see related terms. These are terms related to the search term that people search for online. These will be awesome ideas to create content on. Likewise, you can use Wikipedia. If your topic is on Wikipedia, you should be able to spot other topics that Wikipedia links to. Under such circumstances, what you would notice is that these are all the different terms that are closely tied to your topic. Make sure to note them down. Same goes for the table of contents on Wikipedia. It can be helpful to find words related to your keyword.

Once you have an extensive list of keywords, you will start shortlisting them. Now, remember that this is done on the basis of judging the commercial intent of this keyword.

The keywords that have the most rates for advertising are the ones that convert the best. Likewise, you can search for those keywords on Google and see how many advertisements pop up. The more the advertisements, the more your keyword has a commercial intent.

The last step of your keyword research should be to check out the keyword research volume that your keyword is getting. However, Google does not share the exact statistics anymore. Today, you can only see what a blur range of keyword volume is. You can choose to use other tools online for this purpose.
